1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the MokiToys website, creating an account, placing an order, requesting custom work, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Product Information

MokiToys sells collectible figures, articulated figures, accessories, display items, custom products, pre-orders, and related collectibles.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, availability, manufacturer information, product categories, and other product details.

Product colors, packaging, minor production details, and appearance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing batches, displays, photography, lighting, or other reasonable factors.

3. Official, Third-Party, and KO Products

MokiToys may offer products from different manufacturers and product categories.

Products identified as Official are represented as officially licensed or authorized based on the applicable product information available to MokiToys.

Products identified as Third-Party are produced by independent manufacturers or creators and are not necessarily produced by the original brand associated with the character, franchise, or design.

Products identified as KO or non-official are not represented as officially licensed products unless the specific product page expressly states otherwise.

Customers should review the product title, description, manufacturer information, product category, images, and other disclosures before purchasing.

4. Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

We may review orders for payment verification, inventory availability, shipping eligibility, pricing errors, suspected fraud, misuse, product restrictions, or other operational or legal reasons.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel the affected order or item and issue an appropriate refund when payment has already been collected.

5. Prices and Pricing Errors

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product, inventory, promotional, or technical errors before fulfillment.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. MokiToys currently supports PayPal for online checkout.

Payments processed through PayPal are also subject to PayPal's applicable terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and account requirements.

An order may not proceed to fulfillment until the applicable payment authorization or payment confirmation has been successfully received.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, MokiToys orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, destination conditions, transportation delays, or other circumstances.

8. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.

If an address is incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or changed after fulfillment begins, additional costs or delivery issues may occur.

Contact MokiToys as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing an order.

9. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are products reserved before normal fulfillment availability.

Release dates, production dates, arrival dates, and fulfillment estimates for pre-orders may change because of manufacturers, distributors, production schedules, transportation, customs, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether procurement, allocation, production, or fulfillment has already begun.

10. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

MokiToys may provide custom, modified, commissioned, personalized, or made-to-order collectible services, including selected head sculpts, replacement parts, or collectible modifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the customization requirements, reference materials, specifications, and other agreed details before production.

Once custom production has started, cancellation or change-of-mind returns may not be available.

11. Collectible Packaging

Many products sold by MokiToys are collectible products. Retail packaging may experience minor dents, creases, scratches, compression, or other cosmetic wear during international transportation.

Unless a product listing specifically guarantees collector-grade packaging, minor packaging wear alone may not constitute a product defect.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged-product claims, and incorrect-product claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Please contact MokiToys before returning a product.

13. Evidence for Product or Delivery Issues

When reasonably necessary to investigate a damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, missing, or disputed order, we may request supporting information such as photographs, video, packaging images, shipping labels, tracking information, or other relevant evidence.

14. Website Accounts

Customers who create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity occurring through their account.

Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not use the MokiToys website to commit fraud, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, abuse promotional systems, submit false information, engage in malicious activity, or violate applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

The MokiToys website, MokiToys branding, original website content, layout, text, and other materials created by or for MokiToys may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product names, character names, franchise names, trademarks, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of third-party intellectual property on a product page does not by itself mean that MokiToys owns that intellectual property.

17. Third-Party Services

MokiToys may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, shipping, logistics, communications, infrastructure, security, and other services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

18. Availability of the Website

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always operate without interruption.

Maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect website availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MokiToys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of the website or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Changes to These Terms

MokiToys may update these Terms as our products, services, payment methods, website features, fulfillment procedures, or legal requirements change.
